Responsible to: Nursery Manager
Post Grade: Grade 3 - 5 (depending on qualifications.) Grade 3 - approx. £20,944 starting salary / Grade 5 approx. Starting Salary £23,403
Hours: 37 hours per week - 39 weeks per year (includes INSET) working hours 8:30-5 (M, T, W, F) 8:30-4:30 (Th) with 1 hour lunch break

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social development of the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Monitor and support children's development and learning
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere

A level 3 early years qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or equivalent) is desired, but not an essential requirement. All applicants must have at least 1 year experience working within an early years setting.
