We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic MDS Leader to join our friendly and hardworking team across Rowanfield Infant & Junior Schools.
📍 Location: Rowanfield Infant & Junior School
Role: LEAD Midday Supervisor
Contract type: Permanent
Pay Grade: 4 (Starting salary £5,966.81) Approx. £12.85 per hour
🕛 Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday: 11:30-13:30 – 10 hours per week
📅 Closing Date: 31/08/2026
Interview Dates: TBC Early September

✅ We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic MDS to join our friendly and hardworking team at Rowanfield Infant School.
✅ Some responsibilities include
✨ Lead and supervise the lunchtime team to ensure a safe, positive environment for pupils.
✨ Oversee dining hall operations and ensure pupils are fed safely and efficiently.
✨ Manage staff deployment and playground supervision across the school site.
✨Ensure lunchtime procedures, behaviour expectations and safeguarding requirements are followed.
✨ Respond to incidents, concerns and behaviour issues as required.
✨ Provide daily support and guidance to Midday Assistants.
✨ Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team to support the smooth running of lunchtime provision.
✨Promote pupils’ wellbeing, inclusion and positive behaviour throughout the lunchtime period.
