Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner ready to inspire young learners? 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join Little Learners at Springbank Primary Academy, supporting children aged 2–4 years in a vibrant and engaging environment. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a committed and professional team focused on delivering outstanding early years education through creativity, exploration, and play.

In this role, you will: 

Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing 

Create a stimulating, inclusive, and play-based learning environment 

Encourage curiosity through hands-on experiences and outdoor learning 

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice 

Champion a child-centred approach, ensuring every child thrives 

 

We are looking for someone who: 

Loves engaging with children and bringing learning to life 

Isn’t afraid to get stuck in (and enjoy messy play!) 

Embraces outdoor learning in all seasons 

Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to early years excellence 


🎯 What We’re Looking For 

Essential: 

βœ… Level 3 Early Years Qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or equivalent) 

βœ… Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting 

βœ… Strong communication and teamwork skills 

βœ… A passion for learning through play and child development
