We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join Little Learners at Springbank Primary Academy, supporting children aged 2โ4 years in a vibrant and engaging environment.

In this role, you will:
Support childrenโs learning, development, and wellbeing
Create a stimulating, inclusive, and play-based learning environment
Encourage curiosity through hands-on experiences and outdoor learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
Champion a child-centered approach, ensuring every child thrives
We are looking for someone who:
Loves engaging with children and bringing learning to life
Isnโt afraid to get stuck in (and enjoy messy play!)
Embraces outdoor learning in all seasons
Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to early years excellence

Essential:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or equivalent)

Minimum of 1 yearโs experience in an Early Years setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for learning through play and child development
