Salary : Grade 5, point 11-14 (£14,306 starting salary)
Working times: 7:15-9:00 and 15:00-17:45 Monday to Friday

As a Wrap Around Care Leader, you’ll be an ambassador for excellence—setting the standard for care, safety, and engagement. You will:
✅ Lead and inspire a positive, child-centred environment
✅ Deliver safe, enriching, and fun experiences for children
✅ Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of sessions
✅ Build strong relationships with children, staff, and families
✅ Ensure high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing
✅ Plan engaging activities and promote positive play
✅ Manage staff rotas, organisation, and communication
✅ Maintain excellent health & safety and hygiene standards
✅ Provide INSET day cover as necessary
