Are you a dedicated, enthusiastic teacher who is excited about championing children? Have you the vision, commitment and drive to help us continue to develop and deliver the best provision for every child? As a phase leader, you are an ambassador for our school. You will be responsible for the teaching and learning standards in your phase and accountable for the outcomes of the children within it.

• Hold supportive but challenging professional conversations to maintain high expectations for teaching, including planning, assessment, delivery and pupil outcomes

• Work collaboratively across the GLA to share best practice, strengthen collective efficacy and support effective workload management

• Promote and support the wellbeing of both staff and pupils within the phase

• Maintain a visible presence within classrooms across the phase to support, monitor and develop high-quality teaching and learning

• Foster a culture of openness, professional trust and shared responsibility within the team

• Promote a strong sense of belonging for all stakeholders, ensuring pupils, staff and families feel valued, included and connected to the school community
