We are delighted to be recruiting a class teacher to join our thriving team in September 2023.
Grade: Main scale (M1-M6 dependent on skills and/or experience/responsibility)
Green Lane Primary and Nursery School was graded as GOOD when it was inspected in January 2023. We are part of the Coombe Academy Trust, providing teachers with the benefit of fantastic school to school support including subject specialists and shared professional development across the schools within the Trust. In our recent inspections staff were, ‘overwhelmingly positive about the support they receive to develop professionally,’ and ‘united in their view of how well leaders manage workload and well-being.’
We are very proud of the opportunities we offer our community. We deliver an ambitious and exciting curriculum, rooted in our passion for reading and complemented by Forest School sessions, sporting, artistic and musical opportunities. Green Lane pupils acquire the knowledge and skills to excel.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding primary classroom practitioner, who will utilise their high expectations and commitment to support our pupils to achieve their very best. Both ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply; salary and responsibility will be negotiated based upon prior experience. Full time and part time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
Prospective candidates are strongly encouraged to visit the school by appointment. Online applications should be forwarded to or posted to the Headteacher at Green Lane Primary and Nursery School Primary School. Please note that CVs will not be accepted or applications from agencies.
The closing date for this post is Monday 22nd May at 12:00pm.
Please note that we reserve the right to close this advert early for the right candidate.
Interviews will be held in the week beginning 22nd May.
Warm regards,
