Role Summary – Admin Assistant
The Holme C of E Primary School is looking for a part-time Admin Assistant to provide vital support in our busy school office. Working 7.2 hours per week (two mornings, including Thursday, term-time plus inset days), you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.
In this role, you’ll:
- Handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries with warmth and efficiency.
- Support daily office operations including post, deliveries, registers, and diary management.
- Assist with pupil records, school communications, and coordination of events such as photos and health visits.
- Manage lunch registers, dietary requirements, and liaise with catering teams.
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office.
