Are you an experienced, ambitious teacher with a passion for promoting Inclusion and the expertise to lead our provision for children with SEN?
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with SENCo responsibility who has previous experience of working as SENCo or Inclusion Leader or has a proven track record in another area of leadership.
What kind of person are we looking for?
- An outstanding teacher who is passionate about Inclusion
- A specialist with in depth knowledge of how to support children’s learning with a good understanding of supporting vulnerable pupils and those with additional needs.
- A teacher who holds the National Award for SENCos or is keen to complete the award
- An aspiring leader with the ability to manage and motivate staff
