About us

An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected, friendly, one form entry infant school in a lovely rural setting within easy reach of the towns of Dorking and Horsham.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

The normal duties will include the following:

To be responsible for cleaning certain parts of the school as allocated and following H&S guidelines.

To maintain all school standards of hygiene and safety of all cleaning equipment and cleaning cupboards.

Duties to include the following:

  • Wiping of all tables in classrooms
  • Emptying bins
  • Cleaning toilets and surrounds
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Cleaning door handles and other touch points as directed
  • Cleaning of spillages when required
  • Other cleaning tasks as directed
