Site Team Operative

Salary: NJC Grade D Scale Point 5 – 9 £21,575 - £23,194 per annuum.

Salary will be determined subject to appointment

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week all year round

Job Purpose

To assist in the maintenance and security of the school premises and site, ensuring a safe

working environment, as directed by the Site Manager. All of our staff are expected to:

  • adapt rapidly to the challenge of building on the existing strengths of the school to achieve all round excellence in teaching and learning.

Shortlisting

Interview Process

Interviews will be held w/c 24 April 2023. Applicants will also be asked to undertake a practical test related to the knowledge and abilities in the Person Specification.
