About the Role:

As a Teacher of Philosophy, you will:

• Deliver thought-provoking lessons from KS3–KS5 that inspire and challenge;

• Lead meaningful discussions and help students develop analytical, ethical and logical reasoning skills;

• Support academic progress through impactful feedback and tailored strategies;

• Contribute to an innovative department where ideas are shared and success is celebrated;

• Play a key role in pastoral care as a form tutor, helping students grow into confident, reflective individuals.
