Caretaking and Lettings Supervisor

GWA are looking to appoint an additional Caretaker to join the site team on a Sunday for a minimum guaranteed 4 hour per week contract. The hours available will range from a minimum of 4.0 hours up to 6.5 hours depending on the site bookings. There is potential for additional hours throughout the week when cover is needed. The role is needed all year round to support current and new lettings. Please state in your application form (or covering letter) what other days besides the Sunday you would be available to cover (if any).

Site opening times are:-

Monday evenings 5pm – 9.30pm

Tuesday evenings 5pm – 9.30pm

Wednesday evenings 5pm – 9.30pm

Thursday evenings 5pm – 9.30pm

Friday evenings 5pm – 9.30 pm

Saturdays 9am – 5pm

Sundays 9am – 2pm

GWA is committed to making Great Western Academy a key resource for the local community and as such we open the Academy to those who wish to use the facilities. We hire out our new 3G pitch to the local community.

The role would involve the following responsibilities: 

Opening/closing the building and supervising lettings at evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Occasional maintenance work

Support for the premises team

Cover for the other caretakers in their absence

The role would suit someone who has spare time at the weekends. Experience of a similar role would be helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
