Job Title: Premises Manager

Actual Annual Salary: £15,545 - £16,958 – 18 hours per week – all year round

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £31,954 - £34,860 (CLF Grade D). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part-time, 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday – working pattern to be discussed at interview

Provisional Start Date: 22 December 2025 – on completion of pre employment checks.

Are you looking for a new challenge where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Premises Manager to join the CLF Premises Team, supporting one of our specialist SEMH academies — Lime Hills Academy.

Currently based in Nailsea, Lime Hills Academy is preparing for an exciting future move to a brand-new, purpose-built site in Churchill, opening in the first half of 2027. This role will play a key part in relocating students, setting up the new site, and learning and managing the building systems — a fantastic opportunity to be part of a transformational journey, with the potential for increased hours as the academy grows.

About you:

  • A hands-on, solution-focused individual with experience in site management, facilities, or a transferable skill set
  • Someone with keen attention to detail, able to confidently undertake compliance testing and day-to-day maintenance
  • A person who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments for students and staff.
  • A team player who’s ready to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking premises team across the CLF Trust
