Hans Price Academy is looking for an individual who will complement the existing team of Senior Leaders but also add challenge and new ideas, enabling the existing staff body to develop as learners and leaders to realise their own potential.

The successful candidate will have a drive and passion to lead within the academy and accelerate improvement. You will have a track record of success and bring to the academy a level of focus, precision and rigour that will have a substantial and sustained impact on the academy into the future. Improvement will be based on an unswerving focus on teaching and learning and a strong commitment to collaboration within and beyond the Cabot Learning Federation.

**This is a two-day process (a first full assessment day, with the final interview on day two).
