Our students’ journeys often start with our talented Admissions Team, who provide outstanding support. During an exciting period of growth for the University and College, we are seeking to recruit a new Admissions Officer to join our dedicated team and play a key role in the recruitment and selection of our students.
As the ideal candidate, you’ll be a strong communicator, with excellent customer service skills and a track record in administration.

About the Role
- As an Admissions Officer you will have the exciting opportunity to support applicants as they take their first steps towards their dream career, guiding them through the enquiry and application process, including
- Providing advice on prospective courses, entry criteria and other related matters
- Processing applications for College and University courses, including arranging interviews and issuing offers
- Matching examination results against offers and confirming places
- Creating and maintaining applicant records
- Assisting with the coordination of Open Days and applicant events
About You
- We’re looking for someone eager to be part of a dynamic team working in a varied role that encompasses the whole range of courses that Hartpury offers, from A Levels and Diplomas to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes. You will
- be committed to providing a high level of customer service throughout the applicant journey
- have an eye for detail to ensure that we are collecting and maintaining accurate data
- have experience of working in an administrative function
- be IT proficient with experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
