Equine Estate Worker

A minimum of 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7

About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a reliable, self-motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an Equine Estate Worker. In this role, you will:

• Undertake general maintenance of the Equine Centre

• Prioritise daily tasks to support the smooth running of the facilities

• Level arenas

• Carry out mowing and strimming

• Empty muck trailers daily

• Ensure the Equine Centre is maintained to the highest standards


About You:

• Ability to supervise other staff

• Desire to work within a busy and dynamic environment

• Enthusiastic and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards

• A team-focused attitude, contributing to a highly motivated team

• A flexible approach to work

• Supervisory experience is essential
