HE Student Records Data Officer

£27,462 per annum

About the Role:

• This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing HE Student Records team and to take a career step towards being a data specialist for a unique University.

• Managing student enrolment, assessment and curriculum data to ensure that all student records are accurately maintained, in order to support the student journey and contribute towards the accuracy of both internal and external data reporting requirements.

• Playing a key role in the Examination Boards of the University, this is an opportunity to start or continue a career in the highly specialised area of HE professional administration.

• Receiving training and support from a wide range of colleagues, you will experience all aspects of the life cycle of a university student and become a vital part of the student journey.

About You:

• Experience of data processing and maintenance within the education sector.

• Experience of entering and maintaining data.

• Proven ability to understand data structures.

• Experience in producing clear and professional communications, using a range of IT software and applications.

• Strong attention to detail and well-developed quality assurance skills, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work.

• Ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and be able to manage multiple workstreams.

• Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.

• A positive customer service attitude and a commitment to giving a high-quality service to staff and students.

• Excellent communication skills.
