We seek to appoint an exceptional person to cover the Academy’s main Reception at the start of the day. When the second Receptionist arrives, you will leave Reception and complete administration tasks in an office. We are looking for a member of staff to join our team who has a desire to be a part of taking this Academy to become outstanding. You will be:
• Passionate about improving outcomes for students in both an educational and social context
• Committed to ensuring students are supported to achieve their potential
• An articulate, rigorous and inspirational member of the Administration Team
You will need to be able to work with a professional approach and have an empathetic and caring temperament. Flexibility, initiative and the ability to work under the direction of deadlines is important. A sense of humour would also be helpful!
