About the role:

The Four Stones MAT are looking to recruit a Data Officer at Haybridge High School to cover a period of maternity leave between October 2025 and July 2026.

The purpose of the role is to manage and maintain accurate student data in line with statutory and school requirements, ensuring compliance with GDPR. This includes overseeing assessment data within Arbor, supporting the senior leadership team in producing internal and external school reports and timetables, managing student class and course changes, and completing and filing school censuses.

Our successful candidate will have the following experience, skillset and qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and mathematics
  • Excellent IT, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Appropriate knowledge of first aid
  • Valid full UK driving licence
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages
  • Good knowledge of Arbor
  • Experience of working effectively with others to meet common goals

The post will be 37 hours per week, term time only on a temporary maternity cover contract.
