Location -  Marple Hall School 

Hours  - 37 hours per week, term time only

Contract Type  - Permanent

Salary Scale  - NJC 5 points 12-17 £28,598-£31,022 (actual £24,461-£26,534)

We require an excellent practitioner to join our SEN department as our first Interventions Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of the whole school Interventions Programme and will join a successful team. Your responsibility will be to coordinate, manage and quality assure intervention provision for students requiring interventions, to ensure interventions are effectively planned, delivered, monitored and evaluated to maximise student outcomes and to support LSAs in the delivery of high-quality interventions and in-class support. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving outcomes for young people and who is looking to progress in their career. You will be well supported by our SEN Leadership Team including SENCO, Deputy SENCo and Lead Teacher for SEN .
