What You’ll Do:
• Provide tailored support to meet the individual learning needs of students;
• Assist with the educational, social, and physical needs of assigned students;
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance student progress;
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development;
• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEND setting;
• A flexible, proactive team player with excellent communication skills;
• Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
