The Herts & Essex Academy Trust (HEMAT) is a multi-academy trust created by The Hertfordshire & Essex High School. HEMAT comprises The Hertfordshire & Essex High School, an outstanding non-selective secondary school for girls from Years 7-11 with a mixed Sixth Form in Years 12 and 13, and Manor Fields Primary School, a well-established primary school for pupils from Nursery to Year 6. Both Schools are based in Bishop's Stortford in Hertfordshire.
