Salary: BG8, N13-17, £28,163 - £30,060 (Actual £21,634 - £23,092)

Henbury Court Primary Academy is looking to appoint an organised and efficient Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead group teaching in our nursery class. Job overview
The successful candidate will lead by example and develop opportunities to engage and support our children and families. They will organise and manage the interventions they lead. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will work well as part of our fantastic team. The applicant will be able to operate in line with school policies at all times, raising any health & safety, safeguarding or other concerns to a senior member of staff in line with policy guidelines.

Job requirements
- A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths
- At least 2 years’ experience of working effectively in a learning/childcare setting
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field
- Skills of empathy, listening, communication and responding with appropriate language
- Knowledge of EYFS
- At least 2 years’ experience of applying the regulations applicable to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Child Welfare & Protection
