Enrolment Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a confident and compassionate individual who can effectively engage with young people and support them in their transition from school to college.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handling incoming telephone enquiries in a professional and supportive manner
• Chasing outstanding documentation prior to enrolment
• Managing the Admissions and Enrolment inboxes
• Supporting college transport (coach) enquiries and processing payments
• Processing new student applications
• Working within the e-desk system to manage enquiries and records
• Assisting drop-in applicants with enrolment queries
• Liaising with enrolment officers and teaching staff
• Enrolling a range of applicants, including:
o Elite sports students
o Overseas applicants
o Applicants holding unconditional offers
