An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join Highgate Primary School as an Administration Assistant on a part-time, permanent basis. The post holder will be required to work 8:30am – 1:30pm, Mondays to Fridays during Term Time including Inset Days.
This is a key position in the school, being the face of the school and first point of contact for parents, visitors and the school community. The post holder will undertake a full range of administrative duties with regard to student attendance and general school office support. As Administration Assistant you can expect to support the Office Manager in offering excellent customer service to the school; ensuring the administration of the school runs efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to build strong positive professional relationships with our families and stakeholders, answering telephone calls and deal with general enquiries, forwarding more complex enquiries where appropriate.

• Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and software independently
