We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Admin Assistant to join our team at Highgate Community Primary School to support the Office Manager in leading the administration of the school.
The Office at Highgate is a busy environment therefore we seek someone who can support the running of the school by providing an effective administration service is vital to day to day life at Highgate.
The Administration Assistant is a varied role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of administration experience whilst working as part of the admin and wider school team. We are seeking a candidate who is prepared to work hard and respond positively to school life.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role and should have good communication and organisational skills. Excellent customer service skills are key and ability to work efficiently and flexibly is required within this role. A strong work ethic is essential to the position.
Experience of working in a school office would be desirable but not essential.
