We pride ourselves on combining academic ambition with a strong focus on pastoral care and character development. We are now looking for someone who is passionate about harnessing technology to help shape our future of learning.

The Director of digital learning and AI will have the vision and expertise to drive innovation and ensure our pupils and staff are equipped for a rapidly evolving digital world.

This is a part-time, fixed-term role for the Spring and Summer terms (1 January – 3 July 2026), with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

As our Director of Digital Learning and AI, you will:

  • Lead the strategic vision for digital learning across Junior and Senior Schools
  • Champion the integration of technology and AI to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Deliver impactful training for staff and inspire confidence in digital tools
  • Collaborate with curriculum leaders to embed digital literacy across subjects
  • Oversee digital learning budgets and ensure compliance with AI and academic integrity policies
  • Engage pupils in exciting digital opportunities beyond the classroom

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven leadership experience in digital learning or a related field
  • Understands how technology and AI can transform education
  • Can inspire and influence colleagues, pupils, and parents
  • Brings resilience, creativity, and a collaborative approach to driving change
  • A teaching background is desirable but not essential

In return we offer a competitive salary and all the benefits of working in a thriving independent school including a very generous defined contribution scheme which offers teachers flexibility around both employer and employee contribution levels, a generous discount on school fees (for eligible staff), cycle to work scheme as well as complimentary lunches and refreshments during term-time

Closing date: 9:00am Wednesday 10 December 2025

Interviews will be held on Friday 12 December 2025
