We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Cafeteria team within Heart of Worcestershire College based in our Worcester Campus.
The purpose of the role is to work with the café supervisor to deliver a high-quality food offer at appropriate times and to an appropriate need; to monitor and maintain the Café and Kitchens and their contents.
To manage and develop food standards and quality across all areas during all stages of food preparation and production. To maintain health, safety and hygiene within the department and operate within the law to meet EHO requirements.
To monitor and supervise any assistants in order to maintain high standards of hygiene and food service and to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained throughout all services.
To be considered for this role you must have a Level two or equivalent qualification in catering/professional cookery qualification; knowledge of current food safety legislation and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.
