Our highly regarded Applied Arts Faculty brings together a diverse range of creative disciplines, including Art, Textiles, 3D Design and Photography. At its core is a skilled and dedicated team of teachers and support staff, whose varied professional backgrounds enrich the curriculum and bring creativity and real-world experience into the classroom.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Art teacher to join this successful faculty on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the team to deliver high-quality Art lessons across key stages, contributing to a culture of creativity, innovation and excellence. There will be an expectation to plan and deliver engaging schemes of work, assess student progress effectively, and support the continued development of the subject within the faculty.
The Applied Arts Faculty is passionate about providing engaging, inclusive and personalised learning experiences. The successful candidate will share this commitment, encouraging students to explore ideas, develop technical skills and express themselves with confidence, while fostering a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
