The Inclusive Education Trust (IET) is a Multi Academy Trust comprising three Alternative Provision (AP) academies: Reigate Valley College, Wey Valley College and the Fordway Centre (FWC). About Fordway Centre (FWC)
FWC is a newly purpose-built AP primary academy (ages 5–11) in Ashford, Surrey. We provide a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum for pupils who find it difficult to access mainstream education, and we do so with innovation, compassion and high expectations.
The role
We are seeking an inspirational, forward-thinking Head of Centre with a proven track record of successful leadership to take FWC into its next phase. You’ll provide strategic direction, develop our excellent staff team, and ensure the very best outcomes for our pupils.
Key duties include:
- Strategic leadership and day-to-day management of FWC
- Curriculum, teaching and learning oversight
- Safeguarding and inclusion leadership across the Centre
- Staff development, performance and wellbeing
- Partnership working across IET and with external agencies
