Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant ready to make a positive impact? The Inclusive Education Trust (IET) is seeking a dynamic individual to join us in supporting the Alternative College Hub (ACH) based at Therfield School in Leatherhead.

This part-time opportunity offers 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, during term time only. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll utilise your strong administrative and organisational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the Hub.

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to day-to-day administration, first aid support, coordinating lunch orders, managing student transport, handling petty cash, monitoring student attendance, data input and maintenance and liaising with parents and professionals. Whilst this is a stand-alone role, it forms part of a wider team of administrators across Trust schools and you will be working closely with a friendly and supportive team of Teachers and Mentors.

The Alternative College Hub is part of a Multi Academy Trust made up of three Alternative Provision Academies: - Reigate Valley College, Wey Valley College and the Fordway Centre. All of the schools in the trust are progressive and innovative AP Academies, catering for the needs of students who have difficulty accessing a mainstream curriculum. The Alternative College Hub houses several provisions that IET operates to support young people at risk of permanent exclusions. At the current time the IET Alternative College and Aspire Project operate within the Hub.
