• Grade 4, Scale point (SCP) 7-8
• £18,088.68 - £18,392.47 actual pro rata salary pa
• £12.59 - £12.80 – hourly rate
• £24,294 - £24,702 FTE salary.

Location: IKB Academy and Wellsway School, Keynsham (near Bristol and Bath)

Contract: Part time, 32.5 hours per week, Term time only plus 2 INSET days

Term: Permanent

Futura Learning Partnership is at an exciting stage in its development. The Trust currently comprises thirteen schools with more planning to join and is moving towards its vision of being a truly inclusive provider of 4-19 education in East Bristol and Bath.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and suitably qualified individual to join our science team as a science technician.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced person to carry out a range of duties that will contribute to the effective delivery and development of excellent practical lessons in science, whilst working with our experienced technician team.

The successful applicant will be expected to work flexibly and efficiently and to be able to work to frequent deadlines. The post will involve physical activity including lifting and carrying as well as basic IT tasks.

The working hours are 32.5 hours per week.
