Salary: Grade 4 (£22,369 – £22,777 FTE)

Location: IKB Academy (near Bristol and Bath)

Contract: Part Time, 32 hours per week

Term: Permanent

Hours of Work: 5 days a week, 8:30 until 3:30; can be flexible for the right candidate; Term Time Only + 3 INSET Days.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified individual who will, under the guidance of the Director of Inclusion, support students with additional needs and who will also work as part of the Inclusion and Pastoral Teams in helping a growing number of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will work within our dedicated Inclusion centre as well as in the classroom with individual or small groups of students within a growing and highly motivated Inclusion Team.

If you have the ability to relate well to children and adults, an understanding of child development and recent relevant experience of working with young people, along with excellent IT and administration skills, we would love to hear from you.

This new and exciting role is particularly suitable for people who are thinking of a career in teaching, education, social care or psychology.
