Voluntary Contributions Coordinator
Salary- JFS Scale 5 Spine Point 12-17 £26,543 - £29,022
Start date- Immediate
Contract - Fixed term (6 months)
JFS is looking to appoint a skilled individual to support with sourcing and obtaining voluntary contributions to increase the volume of donations received against requests made from previous students, parents and friends of JFS. If this describes you, we would welcome an application from you.
The principal responsibilities will include:
- Working in partnership with colleagues, administer the school’s Voluntary Contributions Scheme, responsible for all elements of ‘ask’ including regular phone conversations with parents,
- Providing information to the Voluntary Contributions, Payroll & Finance Administrator to facilitate the preparation and issuing of letters/emails (requests, reminders and chase-ups) for new and existing students at the relevant times each term and
- Oversight of the information on JFS website and coordination to ensure out of date information is updated.
