Community Support Officer x2


Salary- Scale 4 Spine Point 8 - £24,715 (pro rata to £21,164.28 – term time only 39 weeks)

JFS is looking to appoint efficient and reliable Community Support Officers to support the pastoral team with attendance, behavioural, pastoral and welfare issues working with students and families to maximise learning for individual students.


A high level of emotional intelligence is essential, along with effective organisational and communication skills. The post holder will be expected to deal with sensitive and challenging personal student situations as a fundamental part of the role.
