JFS Madrich

Are you interested in volunteering to be a leader on JFS trips including Poland for year 12 students and ATOI (a taste of Israel) for year 9 students ? If so, this is for you.

Please refer to the attached Job description for more details of the role and upcoming Trip dates.

The Poland trip is due to take place July 12th-17th and The ATOI trip is scheduled for June 22nd- July 5th.

Both trip dates are subject to change due to Coronavirus, so we will be prioritising interviews for the Poland trip, and contact ATOI applicants at a later date.

JFS is a co-educational inclusive, modern, orthodox Jewish school that strives to produce well-educated, faithful and proud Jews who will be responsible and contributing members of society. JFS is a truly wonderful school. This is clear from our stunning annual public examination results which see us consistently placed in the top five schools in the country outside the independent sector.

Our modern campus is on a 26-acre greenfield site with a welcoming inclusive and warm, caring family environment.

Applications from candidates of faith or non-faith backgrounds are most welcome.

The closing date for applications is noon on Thursday, 04 March 2022.

Interview dates to be confirmed

JFS shall reserve the right to shortlist candidates and interview prior to the closing date.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. The appointment will be subject to pre-employment checks, including satisfactory Enhanced Level DBS clearance.

Any unsolicited CVs sent by any agency to us, in any situation where we have not directly engaged the agency in writing to supply candidates for a specific vacancy will be considered to be a “free gift”, leaving us liable for no fees whatsoever should we choose to contact the candidate directly and engage the candidate’s services. Unsolicited CV’s will in no way establish any claim by the agency to representation of that candidate.

Please note, it is not part of JFS' recruitment process to provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants at the application stage.
