Role summary
Are you a professional, polite and flexible individual who enjoys working closely with a wide range of colleagues? In this varied role you will be a vital part of the Jigsaw Trust’s IT Department, offering first and second line support across the Trust. You will be responsible for day-to-day housekeeping of systems and devices, escalating any support tickets that need to be resolved as appropriate to ensure the smooth running of operations across the Trust. This role would suit an individual looking to gain diverse enterprise skills whilst still appreciating the benefits of an IT career in the Education sector.
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum
Contract terms: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, 40 hours per week.
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

How will you contribute to our team?
- Providing high quality, first and second line technical support for IT across Jigsaw School, JigsawPlus and our support functions
- Completing general user administration, account creation, management and deletion to ensure timely and accurate management
- Undertaking software and hardware installs, maintenance of printers and end user devices, systems checks and scheduled maintenance support activities as directed
- Supporting and undertaking ICT project
What will you need?
- A passion for delivering great customer care, communicating clearly with others
- Proven ability to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes as well as working effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to adopt a flexible approach to the work undertaken
- Willingness to undertake training and progress personal development
