Assistant Headteacher - Raising Standards, Data and Assessment

Start Date: September 2024

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Salary: L11 - L15

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding strategic leader with a strong track record of raising achievement. As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a crucial role in making a significant contribution to school improvement; you will be solution focused and be relentless in your drive to improve outcomes for all students. You will be someone who shares the school’s inclusive vision, have the confidence to make your own decisions and welcomes challenge.

Your specific area of responsibility will be Raising Standards (including closing the gap of our disadvantaged students), Data and Assessment. We are determined for our students to have positive Progress 8 scores when they complete Year 11 and it is important we do everything we can to ensure this is achieved. We are seeking the best possible leader who also complements the strengths of our existing leadership team. The right candidate will be willing to adapt their role over time according to the school’s priorities.
