JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our Domestic Services team at Kent College, Canterbury.
Domestic Assistants at Kent College are responsible for ensuring the residential properties of Kent College (including boarding houses) are cleaned to a high standard.
The Domestic Assistant will work in a team and will assist the House Managers and the Head of Domestic Services as and when required in all areas of the school.
This is a great opportunity to take on a vital role in the School’s boarding community, really contributing to the service we provide to our pupils.

The Senior School (11 – 18 years) has some 600 boys and girls, approximately one-third boarding and two-thirds day. THE POSITION
The position is up to 20 hours per week, for 42 weeks of the year on a rota basis. A level of flexibility will be required on how the weeks are worked across the full year.
Closing date: 26th September 2025, although if a pool of suitable candidates becomes available before that date the College reserves the right to interview and appoint without further notice.
