A well established international English Medium School, British system Key stage 2 (Junior years 3 to 6) enjoying a respected reputation by both expatriates and families of the local community seeks to employ an experienced Head Teacher who shares the vision of the School development to provide first class education for School students of the above ages.
The person appointed will be accountable to the School High Management and will enjoy close liaison with both the School Director and head Teachers of the other three departments (Prep/KG, Infants and Senior High School).
The mission of the whole School is to provide excellent and progressive education incorporating the customary academic subjects along with a wide range of complementary subjects – PE/Drama/ Sports/ Music etc. Since the start of the COVID 19 virus there has been a successful implementation of home based E-Teaching & Learning provided for students in all Departments. Currently, all members of the School community look forward to the reopening of the regular School based education. A successful (BSO) inspection was undertaken during the last academic year and the School’s outcome was received as Good with outstanding areas.
The Junior Head Teacher will assist in the strategic planning and developing the annual review of the School policies and procedures and devise means for achieving the school’s vision, mission and goals. Each Year group has an appointed leader and 2 Deputy Head Teachers share the management and overseeing of the Department with the Head Teacher.
