At Kestrel Mead we have a wide range of SEN needs, with a rising SEMH caseload. We are keen to recruit a number of TAs who want to work within the pastoral team, meeting the needs of some of our most vulnerable young people. This role can be challenging, but also one of the most rewarding roles in the school team. Behaviour at Kestrel is, on the majority, outstanding. We have a small number of children who find self regulation difficult. Our safeguarding officer is a former SEMH school leader and is looking forward to growing the pastoral team in 25/26.
