1 x Junior Site Manager (permanent)
We have a unique opportunity for a site manager to join our thriving school
We are seeking to appoint a proactive, self-motivated, reliable, flexible Site Manager who will take pride in their work. They will work within the Kestrel Mead team (the team incorporates all premises, admin, teaching, teaching assistants and senior leaders). The role will involve moving between the 2 school sites, therefore, use of a vehicle with business insurance is essential. You will complete a comprehensive induction at Kestrel Mead and will be taking health and safety responsibility and accountability for the Junior School, overseeing school employed cleaners. There will be a strong induction to build your understanding of both buildings and support from the existing Site Manager to promote a sense of a team ethos to work together at a high level of competence.
