Job Title: Administrative Assistant
School: Knaphill Federation of Schools – based at Knaphill Lower School
Pay Grade: PS4 (points 1-6) (full-time equivalent £20,722 - £22,716 per annum)
Actual annual pro rata salary (PS4 point 1): £16,506 per annum
Hours per week: 32.5 hours per week for 40 weeks per year (term time, 5 inset days and 1 week during school holidays as required)
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 8:40am to 3:40am (including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Start date: As soon as possible
We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant who has ideally worked within a busy office environment before. Do you have excellent teamwork and communication skills? Are you well-organised, efficient, flexible, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors?
