We are looking for an outstanding EYFS teacher to lead our fantastic team of EYFS practitioners. The successful candidate will model exceptional classroom practice and have an in depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. Knowledge of the curriculum and expectations in KS1 and experience across the primary range would be considered a strength. A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all children is essential, and experience or a keen interest in SEND and inclusive education would be an advantage.

We are looking for an organised and energetic Leader to continue to drive our EYFS team forwards. The successful candidate needs to:
• Model consistently good and outstanding classroom practice
• Be able to evidence successful experience of leading teams, data analysis, developing practice and reporting to stakeholders
• Lead others to ensure EYFS provision challenges and excites our children
• Ensure assessment and moderation systems are accurate, rigorous and robust
• Work with external agencies to ensure provision meets the needs of all learners
Dedicated Leadership time will be provided. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The position is class-based with release time; likely to be based in Nursery for 2025-26. Visits to the school are encouraged.
