Salary: Salary Scale 6, point range 18-22 (£31,537-£33,699 pro rated to term time only working)

Hours: 37 hrs pw, term time only plus the school training days

King Charles I School is looking to appoint an Achievement Leader who will support identified students in making good progress at school. The role involves overseeing the pastoral well-being, attendance, behaviour, and learning attitudes of students within their assigned year group.

The post is for 37 hours per week, term time weekdays only plus the school training.

This post will report to a Head of Year.

 You will have: 

Our successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: 

NVQ level 3 or above qualification appropriate to the post or relevant experience. 

Level 2 in English and maths or evidence of working at this level.  

Very good IT, numeracy and literacy skills. 

Willingness to undertake further professional development. 

Previous experience of working in a classroom environment with students. 

Experience of procedures relating to child protection and safeguarding.
