Who we are looking for:

We are seeking to appoint a ‘Head of physics’ to join our science department. The successful candidate would teach science to key stage 3, 4 and physics to key stage 5.

The ‘Head of physics’ will work alongside the Head of Science in leading a team of subject specialists by monitoring, evaluating and developing staff. The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic teacher with a proven track record of student success to provide a role model to the rest of the department.

The post is full-time and permanent and to start in September 2024.This role reports to the Head of science.

You will have:
