Salary: Grade 6, ÂŁ40,777 - ÂŁ44,075 FTE p.a. (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: ÂŁ38,572.83 - ÂŁ41,692.56 per annum)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8-4pm), all year round. In line with Trust policy there is flexibility around weeks worked and hours that can be discussed at interview

The Role â A School-Based Leadership Opportunity
Are you a highly organised and strategic operational leader looking to make a direct impact at school level? As a Senior School Business Partner, you will be a key member of the schoolâs leadership team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of school operations.
This is a school-based role, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders to provide expert guidance on finance, payroll, HR, estates, procurement, health and safety, GDPR, and business operations. Your leadership will help the school maximize resources, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with Trust policies and legal requirements, enabling Headteachers to focus on teaching, learning, and school improvement.
This role requires someone who thrives on multitasking, problem-solving, and bringing structure to operational processesâif you love being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly, this is the job for you!
