Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant

  • Permanent Contract
  • 6.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 1 hour and 15 minutes per day
  • Term time only (38 working weeks / 44.6 paid weeks)
  • Salary: SOM 16 - SCP 2 - £24,413 FTE per annum
  • Actual salary from £3, 527 per annum

What we are looking for

The school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor. This is a great opportunity to work with a team who enjoy making the school day as enjoyable as possible.

You will work in the hall, classroom and outside areas as part of the Lunchtime team to ensure the safety, general welfare and conduct of pupils during the midday break period. You will be expected to:-

  • To supervise pupils in designated areas of the school during the midday break
  • Maintain a calm atmosphere and encourage positive behaviour
  • Deal with any minor first aid incidents (training will be provided)
  • General cleaning duties
  • Assisting with the service of the meals
  • Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
