School Site Manager
36.25 hours per week, Monday– Friday 7am-10:15am and 2:30pm-6:30pm
(can be flexible on certain timings)
All Year Round Pay: SCP 11-16
Full Time Equivalent £25,979-£28,282
St Stephen’s Church School are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Site Manager to
join our wonderful school community. As Site Manager you will work closely with the Office
Manager and Headteacher. You will share responsibility for the security, safety, general
maintenance and cleanliness of our school buildings and grounds to ensure a welcoming and
safe environment for our whole community.
If you are:
▪ Well organised and proactive
▪ Hardworking and flexible to meet the needs of the children and the school
▪ Able to use DIY skills such as, general repairs, maintenance and decorating
▪ Competent in the use of IT
▪ A good communicator with strong inter-personal skills with families, colleagues,
governors, contractors and visitors
▪ Committed to safeguarding and dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of children and
staff.
